What if my customer's phone does not do NFC?
They scan the QR code with their camera instead. That is exactly why both are on every disc.

Can I change where it points later?
Yes — send us the new link and we reprogram the chip and reprint the code at no charge.
Do you control what the customer writes?
No, and neither do we. The disc removes the steps between a good visit and a posted review. What they write is entirely theirs.
Is there a monthly fee?
No. You own the hardware.
